Activate The Lip Elixir by squeezing the base until oil appears on rollerball. Massage this lightweight, deeply hydrating oil onto lips with our soothing rose quartz applicator. Use alone for a glossy, yet natural shine, or under your favorite lip product for a layer of hydration.
