Shipping policy

Shipping Options:

We do not ship to Canada or internationally at this time. US Domestic shipping only!

We ship via USPS only at this time. Shipping price is determined upon your region in the US by the Postal Service as usual .We do not offer expedited shipping unless the customer requests this - the customer will be responsible for expedited  shipping. No international shipping at this time. We do not impose tariffs on our items, just your state sales tax is applied as usual. 

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days and you may receive your item sooner.! You will be given a tracking number via email for each order so you can track your orders 

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. (this does not include shipping time- that is separate)

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address within applicable U.S. states and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Sales tax is calculated on the order total after discounts and may include shipping charges.
  • In the event of a return, the corresponding sales tax will be refunded to your original payment method 
  • Sales tax cannot be paid with store credit, and no loyalty points are awarded on the sales tax portion.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.
  • We do not deliver to APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. Boxes outside the U.S. Within the U.S., P.O. Box delivery is available with standard shipping only.
  • Delivery to certain remote or island locations, particularly those affiliated with European countries, may not be supported.

Failed Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information provided by customers. Refunds may not be possible in such cases.
  • If you notice any errors in your order details, please contact us immediately at staceytavani@gmail.com before your order is shipped.
  • For regions like Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, and other U.S. territories, allow an additional 1-2 days for delivery. You may need to pick up your package from a local post office.
