Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 hours to send a response.
Exchanges/ Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All items shipped by vendors that are in partnership with Citizen Chic are responsible for their own items and shipping terms, not citizen chic. They are also responsible for their own return policies and approving such returns.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once the returned items pass a quality inspection.
- Return costs are paid by the customer and are non-refundable unless the error was on the vendor's part.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
- We process refunds within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. it will take 10 business days for your bank to credit your account. If your bank has not been credited after 15 business days please email us immediately.
Please Note
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Vendor error.
- International return costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
